Wedding Emergency Food Pack

So it's your big day, and you have a full day all planned out to look your best for your wedding. What about feeling your best? It's so easy to put eating on the back burner when you have so much to do. Problem solved! You just need an emergency food pack. You'll look and feel great while being focused and energetic on your wedding day. You can adjust the amount of food in the pack based on what time your wedding will be. Pack this assortment in a lunch bag/box with an ice pack or two to keep it nice and cool. 


Breakfast
One hard boiled egg 
1 cup fresh cut fruit (blueberries, strawberries)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (add honey or agave nectar if desired)

Lunch
2 cups cut veggies (carrots, celery, bell peppers, cucumber, and 1/2 an avocado)
1/4 cup hummus of choice
1/4 cup raw cashews or almonds
1 banana

With this delicious assortment of foods you will be sure to feel satisfied and energized without feeling bloated. And we all know nobody wants to be bloated on their wedding day. Also this pack is full of good fats, complex carbs, and protein. You can always add a grilled sliced chicken breast to the mix if so desired.
