In the Kitchen: Mango Salsa!

Who doesn't love mangos! This time of year, I try to eat as many as I can and I'm always trying to find new things to do with them. This is such a flavorful salsa and I'm sure you'll fall in love with it! It's very simple to make and you'll be a huge hit at your next bar-bq...  
What you'll need:
2 mangos
1 jalapeno
5-7 sprigs of cilantro
1 lime
2 green onions
Sometimes slicing mangos can be really messy, so, I highly recommend cubing your mango, it's much easier to manage and it's not slimy at all.

.Place the mango sideways and slice the outer quarter of the fruit on each side, leaving the large seed in the center. 
.Hold the quarter in your hand and slice a grid pattern, make sure not to slice through the skin. 
.Push it inside out and viola! 
.You can now slice off each little cube, perfect for a chunky salsa:)

What to do: 
Chop up the remaining ingredients (in no particular order) 
Add salt to taste
Eat with tortilla chips
